Lady Vandana Chhibber was born on 29 Sept 1969 at Chandigarh to an Illustrious Military family. She had a unique privilege to be a Granddaughter of a British Era Brigadier, Daughter of a General and Wife of a General too. Brought up in an environment inspired by Dedication, Devotion & a constant urge to contribute to the Society, Lady Vandana from a nascent age inherited the precious Value of Giving Back to Society. Married to Rajiv Chhibber, an Army Officer, she started her journey, as a Captain’s wife, where she devoted her life in educating & improving Quality of Life of Military families. The career elevation of Rajiv Chhibber to a General Officer only inspired Lady Vandana further more in her philanthropic pursuit.
VCMT has been established to carry forward the legacy of Lady Vandana Chhibber, who dedicated her life for the development of Society & alleviating hardships of the underprivileged.

Major General (Dr) Rajiv Chhibber is a renowned veteran military strategist with almost 4 decades of experience in all fields. He is known for transforming Organizations with the objective of enhancing their efficiency. A known Philanthropist he has contributed , towards Empowering Women through Skilling and Promoting Education , Sports & Health Care. The General Officer is Chairman of the Trust.
